Equipment and working principle of orchard irrigation equipment

The equipment is set under the tillage layer, which can automatically rise under the action of water pressure to prevent manual damage, facilitate field operation, and meet the needs of different irrigation forms such as drip irrigation and pipe irrigation in the field.
The automatic telescopic water intake for drip irrigation is mainly composed of buried pipes, telescopic pipes, soil drills and tees. The special automatic telescopic water intake for drip irrigation is vertically buried 35cm below the ground, and its lower end is connected with the water transmission pipeline. In non irrigation, the expansion pipe and the soil drill are retracted into the casing, and the casing is buried in a certain depth below the ground, which will not affect the normal farming activities in the field.
When irrigation is required, the pressurized water flow from the water transmission pipeline enters the casing pipe, and pushes the expansion pipe together with the soil drill upward through the upward thrust generated by the water flow on the expansion pipe; In this process, the pressurized water enters the soil drill through the expansion pipe and forms a high-speed water flow with greater pressure when passing through the small hole at the upper end of the soil drill. This high-speed water flow can squeeze and cut the soil at the upper end of the soil drill; As the soil on the upper end of the drill is continuously cleaned, the expansion pipe will continue to rise until it is exposed to the ground and stops. When the expansion pipe fully extends out of the casing and exposes to the ground, remove the drill and connect the tee to the expansion pipe. The tee outlet can be connected with the drip irrigation system to achieve field water intake.
When irrigation stops, remove the tee and reinstall the soil drill. The water pressure in the water transmission pipeline drops. With the help of gravity and external forces, the expansion pipe slowly drops, and the water flow inside the storage device simultaneously flows out of the small hole on the top of the drill until the expansion pipe is fully retracted into the casing, and then stops falling and returns to the initial state. So far, the whole irrigation process is over.
Automatic telescopic water intake for sprinkler irrigation
The automatic telescopic water intake for sprinkler irrigation is mainly composed of buried pipes, telescopic pipes and soil drills, and is equipped with risers and sprinklers.
The special automatic telescopic water sampler for sprinkler irrigation is buried below the tillage layer. During irrigation, the telescopic pipe is pushed to the ground with the help of water pressure, and can be quickly connected with the vertical pipe with a sprinkler head; After irrigation, it shall be retracted below the tillage layer to avoid man-made damage, which is conducive to field cultivation. Among them, the riser with appropriate height can be selected according to the height of crops, and the sprinklers with different flow and lift can be selected according to the requirements of crops, land plots and irrigation design.
Sprinkler irrigation equipment
The irrigation devices in the orchard mainly include buried pipes, expansion pipes, lifting nozzles, drilling tools and branch pipes. The embedded automatic telescopic irrigation device is buried under the plough layer, which will not have any impact on the buried pipes, vertical pipes and lifting sprinklers of farming, and has the functions of water spraying and irrigation drainage. It does not need to be installed or removed at the place where the drainage holes are found in the field. After irrigation, it can be retracted under the plough layer
