Agricultural sprinkler irrigation machines are mainly used in agriculture, such as farmland sprinkler irrigation, crop sprinkler irrigation, fruit tree sprinkler irrigation, etc. However, agricultural sprinkler irrigation machines must be prepared before use to prevent unnecessary faults
precautions before use of agricultural sprinkler irrigation machine:
1. If triangular belt drive is adopted, the main shaft of the power machine and the water pump must be parallel, and the belt pulley shall be aligned, in which the center distance shall not be less than twice the sum of the diameters of the two belt pulleys. When the water pump is connected with the power machine, it shall be equipped with a common chassis and a claw type elastic coupling. Pay attention to the concentricity of the main shaft of the power machine and the water pump shaft
2. The installation height of the water pump (based on the water surface of the suction pool) shall be 1 ~ 2m lower than the allowable vacuum suction height. The soil at the operation position shall be solid to prevent collapse or falling into the ground
3. Pay special attention to prevent air leakage in the installation of water inlet pipeline. The filter screen shall be completely submerged in water with a depth of about 30 cm. Keep a certain distance from the tank bottom and wall to prevent inhalation of impurities such as mud and sand and air
4. When laying the water outlet pipe, the hose shall avoid friction with stones, bark and other objects, wheel rolling and pedestrian trampling, and shall not contact with operating parts. The hose shall be rolled into a disc and shall not touch the ground. The hard pipe shall be disassembled into a single section for handling, and multiple sections shall not be moved together to prevent wear and damage to the pipe and joint. The pipe shall be protected from exposure to the sun and rain to prevent deformation or aging of the plastic pipe
5. Support the spray rack on the ground, place the end face of the spray rack joint as flat as possible to make the nozzle rotate evenly, and then fix the spray rack. Install the nozzle on the spray rack, check whether the nozzle rotates flexibly, open the rocker arm, check whether the lower tightness is appropriate, and fill an appropriate amount of engine oil in the rotating part. Wipe the quick connector clean and connect it
6. Before starting, check whether the rotation direction of the pump shaft is correct, whether the rotation is uniform, and there shall be no abnormal phenomena such as jamming and abnormal noise
7. Before starting the centrifugal pump, fill the pump with water and start it after the water inlet pipe and pump body are filled with water
