1. When installing the water pump, do not make the power line too long. When the unit is launched, do not force the cable to prevent the power line from breaking. Of course, do not sink into the cement when installing the submersible pump, otherwise it is likely to cause poor heat dissipation of the motor and burn out the motor winding.

 2. When purchasing water pumps, you should choose submersible pump products with appropriate specifications and models according to your own use needs, because if you choose the wrong specifications and models, the water pump will not achieve the expected use effect, which will also backfire and affect the service life of the water pump.

3. Always check the motor. Once cracks are found on the lower cover of the water pump or motor, and the rubber sealing ring is damaged or invalid, it must be replaced or repaired in time to prevent water from penetrating the machine.

4. Try to avoid starting at low voltage. The power supply voltage cannot differ from the rated voltage by 10%. Too high a voltage will cause the motor to overheat and burn out the windings. Too low a voltage will reduce the motor speed, less than 70% of the rated speed. The starting centrifugal switch will close, causing the starting winding to be energized for a long time and heat up or even burn out the windings and electrical containers. Therefore, do not switch the motor frequently.
