Installation requirements of water pump

Installation requirements of water pump - the connection of inlet and outlet pipes of water pump must meet the following requirements:

1) There is no stress on the connection between the flange and the pump, that is, there is no stress between the flange and the pipe.

2) The suction pipe of the water pump shall be connected with a reducer which is flat up and inclined down. The horizontal pipe connected from the suction bell mouth to the pump shall have a rising slope, so that there is no air in the suction pipe and is conducive to water absorption.

3) Reducer, check valve and gate valve shall be installed on the outlet pipe of the pump, and pressure gauge shall be installed.
